Ranting

So it seems there is a bill before congress that plans to charge the American people 1% for any banking transaction you do. ANY TRANSACTION. It is before Congress now. I see a lot of websites claiming that it is President Obama's bill, It is not. I see a lot of websites saying how President Obama is going to "Sneak" it in after November so we don't notice. Absolute fabrication. This just shows that anything on the internet is ABSOLUTE truth. NOT.  But Snopes.com has it it MUST be true. NOPE. I found another website that debunks all that too, saying it will only charge people who make over $250,000 the fee and it is a congressperson's bill not Obama's. So you'd think I'd think that would be true. No. The only site I found that is absolute true is the actual bill before Congress itself. The EXACT bill. It is written and you can read what is currently before congress. So before you believe any website politically about policy about to pass, please go to Congress' website and read the actual bill before you get all adither over false internet rumor. YES I SAID IT!!! OMG....False internet rumor. People, after the idiot Sarah Palin said in her classic ridiculous ignorance that Paul Revere's ride was about him telling the British that they could not take our arms from us. Now as ridiculous as it is, people believed her. Immediately Wikipedia's answer to that question changed from someone who changed the answer. Anyone can, it changed so much that day from many people, Wikipedia shut that answer down. I am so sorry you guys. Wikipedia is NOT really the place to go for answers. I can put answers to anything I know nothing about. So when I say internet rumor it is just that. Anybody can write and submit anything they want to on the internet. I mean look at this blog. I can do this all day and submit it and people can take it for fact if I post something ridiculous like Sarah Palin does. BTW, everybody tell me that you know what Paul Revere's ride was really for. Here is a hint. It was NOT about telling the British they could not have our arms. It is such a ridiculous statement that so many people believed, but I digress. Of course they couldn't take our arms we were at WAR with them. For God's sake at WAR...yeah we'll just hand over our guns and let's forget all about that little Revolution thing. Seriously, many people believed that, just as many people believed Iraq bombed the Twin Towers. Cuz it was on the internet and therefore could not POSSIBLY be false.

My point is that just because it is written on the internet is not real all the time. You have to sift through the garbage to get to the truth most of the time. But if it is political, I urge you to go to the actual website of the entity or person that people are claiming is trying to do something ridiculous. When it comes to politics, it is always a good idea to check the webpage of the person being accused or Congress' website to see what is actually before them for consideration at the moment, read the bill, see who submitted it. 99% of the time or if ever it is not Obama. It is a congressman/woman or a senator that wants something for their state. That is their job.Ok enough ranting.

Fashion tip of the day:

If you wear heels and you should wear them as much as possible, please walk like you know how. The way to walk in heels is heel, toe. Heel, toe. Heel, toe. One foot in front of the other in a continuous motion. Your hips should sway as you do this and it looks great regardless of what you are wearing.  Do not walk Toe, heel. Toe, heel. or lift your feet all the way off the ground. It looks like you are going to fall and nothing remotely sexy about that.

Wear heels with everything, even shorts can have wedge sandals. Jeans especially look fantastic with heels. It doesn't have to be a 5" stiletto, but a 2 -2 1/2" heel makes all the difference in the world as to how you look as you walk, gives you a boost in confidence and you'll be amazed at how sexy you feel.

Craft Tip of the day:

Words. use them. Find them in magazines, on preprinted vellum, online in quotes, write them yourself.  use words to decorate a card, a scrapbook page, an art deco book or an actual book. Boxes that you are painting and decorating. Use some words. Here are a few to get you started. Type them in any font and print them out.

Embrace, Imagine, Sensation, Goddess, Invent, Decide, Powerful, Love, Peace, Rain, Groovy, Happy, Incredible, Poetry, Write, Glorious

Try one or more or find or make up your own words. Just use them to add a spark or some pop to your project. Additional tip.... If you print them yourself cut them with patterned scissors if you have them, if not tear it out and take a sponge or the color pad and edge it with color that matches or clashes with your project.

Ok I think that is it for today.  Thank you all for your attention and as always please comment and if you can click on an ad, I make money.
