Keep in mind ladies that the more you try to cover the imperfections, you are bringing attention to it. Light is key as I always say. ALWAYS use sunscreen, regardless of your skin color or tone. It will save you that aging faster. Don;t forget to always take off your makeup before you go to bed. otherwise it will clog your pores. It's not a good thing. Then use an eye cream, lip conditioner, I use vaseline, and a moisturizer. Brand doesn't matter so much, but I have found that Olay has some great products. I like Garnier eye cream too. DO NOT USE VASELINE ON YOUR FACE. Only the lips. It is too heavy and will clog pores. I also like Cetaphil cream for everything. Mild for the day.
On the feet and hands. Ladies and you too guys. A mani/pedi is not that expensive and it will make your feet nice and not flake unless you live near a beach, then walk barefoot in the sand for the best pumice in nature. Keep them soft by putting some vaseline on your feet and wearing a light sock that is made for that. Keep your cuticles cut and nice, your hands soft with vaseline and gloves made for that. You will be amazed at the results. If you can't do a mani/pedi then at least use a pumice stone or a Pedi Egg and get rid of the dry cracked skin. The vaseline is cheap and keeps you nice and soft.
Fashion Tip
Ok let's revisit the High heels again. Really. To start with if you are not used to them, a 2" heel is fine, one foot in front of the other, relax, swing your arms and let your hips sway as you walk. DO NOT be so uptight about it. Heel, toe Heel, toe. Nice and smooth. You'll find it is easy and so much more sexy. Yes ladies, we want to be sexy for the men in our lives. Ok you guys can too, but walk like i said.

Fish with Cucumber-Orange Relish

Ingredients
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) orange roughy fillets
Directions
- For relish, in a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside. Combine salt and pepper; sprinkle over fillets. Place on a broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 9-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Use a slotted spoon to serve relish with the fish.
